14-day return request
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before sending anything back so that we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.
Return condition
Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with original packaging and accessories where applicable. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. After reviewing the issue, we will provide the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.
Return shipping and original delivery charges
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is normally the customer’s responsibility. Original delivery charges are not normally refundable. Where an item is confirmed as damaged, defective or incorrect, we will provide appropriate support.
Order changes and cancellations
