Standard shipping is free worldwide. The price shown on the product already includes standard delivery, so no standard shipping fee is added at checkout.
Processing and delivery times
We prepare every order with care. Delivery times depend on the destination and the item ordered. Any estimates shown at checkout or in your order confirmation are indicative and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
Tracking
When the carrier makes tracking available, you will receive the tracking number by email once the order has been handed to the carrier. Tracking updates may take a few days to become visible.
Multiple parcels
To make delivery more efficient, items from the same order may be shipped separately. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number, with no additional shipping charge.
Customs and local taxes
Standard shipping remains free. Any import duties, taxes or charges applied by the authorities in the destination country are not shipping costs and, when applicable, remain the recipient’s responsibility.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible: once processing has begun, we may not be able to change it.
