Delivery estimates
Transit time depends on the destination and the item ordered. Any estimate shown at checkout or in your order confirmation is indicative and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive it by email after dispatch. Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to appear.
Multiple parcels
Items in the same order may occasionally arrive separately. When this happens, you will receive the available tracking information for each parcel.
Customs and local charges
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or local handling charges. These charges, when applicable, are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Delays and address changes
Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun. Carrier delays and customs inspections may be outside our control, but we will help you review any issue.
